Returns & Refunds
You can request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a refund, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Sale items, preorders, and limited edition products are final sale and cannot be refunded.

with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide instructions for returning your Nadia Beauty lip balms, glosses, or other products.
Ship the product back to the address we provide.

Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect your items and notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days, and the money will return to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (damaged product, wrong item shipped, etc.).
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
