We want you to love every lip care product you receive. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns Accepted Within 30 Days
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

• Item must be unused and in original packaging

• Beauty items that have been opened for hygiene reasons are not eligible unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect

How to Request a Return or Exchange:

2. Include your order number, photo of the issue, and a brief description

3. Our team will assist you within 24–48 hours

Refunds:
Once your return is approved, you will receive either a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.
